Rethinking the Supply Chain in the era of Artificial Intelligence

Leveraging the potential of Data and AI to empower people, processes and technologies to successfully compete today.

Supply chains have always been very complex, requiring the integration of multiple processes, applications and technologies. The traditional notion of the linear supply chain has been focused on driving operational efficiencies, but this has been designed to cope with a business scenario that is simply no more. In today’s reality, with its increased supply volatility and customer demands, this is no longer enough. A more responsive and pro-active approach is needed, but without increasing your overall spend.

Digital transformation is rapidly becoming the building block to successfully compete today, but legacy supply chain solutions struggle to respond quickly enough to customer demands or market changes, because they were designed in the pre-digital era when the only focus was on efficiency.

Today Intelligent technologies can really help businesses make better sense of data, plan and predict outcomes, and optimize the entire product lifecycle including and enhancing the customer experience. By leveraging the true business potential of data driven insights, is it possible to sense and anticipate what is going to happen, evaluate your best course of action and improve your decision making. This will result in a more responsive and customer-centric supply chain optimizing the ROI of every action and operation.

Join us in Brussels to explore how digital supply chain solutions built on Microsoft can turn your supply chain into a competitive advantage using data, analytics, AI and IoT connectivity across the entire value chain.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Microsoft EBC in Brussels!
